These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CA Rishab Daga mobile application and services operated by Rishab Daga ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering or using CA Rishab Daga, you agree to these Terms.

"CA Final" refers to the examination conducted by ICAI. All content is created independently for educational purposes only.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use CA Rishab Daga. By using the app, you confirm you are eligible to appear for or are currently studying for CA Final examinations.
2. Account and Device Binding
- Your account is personal and non-transferable.
- Each account is bound to one device at a time for security purposes.
- Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
- If you change your device, contact support to reset your device binding.
3. Content Access and Usage Limits
- Purchased courses and e-books are accessible for the validity period specified at the time of purchase.
- Each video lecture can be watched up to 1.5 times its total duration. This limit exists to prevent misuse while allowing reasonable re-watching for revision.
- All content is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
- You may not download, record, redistribute, or share any content from CA Rishab Daga.
- Screen recording and screenshots are blocked within the app for content protection.
4. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment confirmation is sent via the app upon successful transaction.
5. Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy:
- Since CA Rishab Daga delivers digital content, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted.
- Exception: If you are unable to access purchased content due to a technical fault on our end and we are unable to resolve it within 7 working days, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of purchase by writing to support@carishabdaga.com.
- Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 working days.
6. Intellectual Property
- All video lectures, notes, e-books, and other content on CA Rishab Daga are the intellectual property of Rishab Daga.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is a violation of copyright law and these Terms.
- Legal action may be initiated against users who attempt to pirate, record, or redistribute content.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to bypass device binding or watch limits
- Use screen recording tools, emulators, or modified apps to capture content
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if you violate these Terms. No refund will be issued upon termination due to policy violation.
9. Limitation of Liability
CA Rishab Daga is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that use of our content will result in passing CA Final examinations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
